The SSEVET2 Project is pleased to invite you to participate in the side-event SSE and IVET : A step forward to create a meaningful future, organised by APDES within the ECOSOC Youth Forum scope, and to be held online on April 6 at 17H CET.

The event aims at discussing the potential of combining Social Solidarity Economy (SSE) and Initial Vocational Education and Training (IVET) to promote alternative socio-economic models, needed in an era of transition. APDES and its partners believe that SSE is a means for systemic and transformative change and, therefore, next generations need to be actively involved as promoters of that change.

In this event, the good practices that have been tested by the Partnership since 2016 will be shared, and followed by a discussion on how future collaborative steps can address the current needs of the young people, namely within the framework of a meaningful recovery after Covid-19 pandemic.

The SSEVET2 Project aims to promote the SSE in Europe, through the training of trainers in this thematic area, and it is funded by the Erasmus+ Program of the European Union.
